As a reseller you are our partner: you bring the platform to your customers under your own brand, and we give you the tools, the pricing and the margin to get your business off to a good start and help it grow. This guide explains what your programme includes, how to make the most of it and how each part works.
You work at two levels: your own account, where you run your reseller business, and each customer's account, where their solution is built (agents, channels and knowledge base).
What your programme includes
| Founder | Reseller | |
|---|---|---|
| Fee | $49/month ($490/year) | $99/month ($990/year) |
| Commitment | None. Monthly billing; yearly saves 2 months | |
| Your own account | Basic plan, for your business and your demos | |
| Your first customer | One Basic plan seat included in the fee | |
| Each additional customer | Our plan at 40% off (Lite 9.60 · Basic 17.40 · Pro 47.40 · Business 89.40 $/month) | |
| Extra AI credits | 20% off the public price; credits you buy never expire | |
| Extra allowance for your customers | 10 website chatbots · 10 Telegram bots · 10 email inboxes · 10 calendars | 5 of each |
| Starter customers | No limit on how many: your extra allowance is the cap | |
| White label | Your domain, name, logo and colours; your customers do not see the platform | |
Never included in any programme: extra knowledge base, voice and phone numbers, and extra Meta channels (WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger). Each customer gets them according to their plan.
Founder programme: what it includes is not cut back while you remain active in the programme.
Where you and your customers sign in
Your account and your customers' accounts always sign in through your panel (for example app.yourdomain.com), never through the platform's main website: anyone who tries is shown your panel address. Until your panel's CNAME record points to our server nobody can sign in, although the password can already be chosen with the invitation link.
1. Your reseller account
Your account includes a Basic plan for your own business: you can create your AI agents, connect your channels, build your knowledge base and use the calendar, just like any customer on that plan. It is also the best place to prepare your demos.
From your account you also run your reseller business:
- Customers: sign-ups, plans, suspensions and access to their panel.
- My plans: the plans and prices you offer your customers.
- Branding: the name, logo and colours your customers see.
- AI credits, payments and support.
The menu shows what your plan includes. If you need a feature that is not in the Basic plan, ask us.
2. Your first customer, included
Your programme also includes one Basic plan seat for a customer: you pay nothing more for that customer. If you give them a higher plan, you only pay the difference.
What the Basic plan includes
It is the plan of your own account and of your first customer's seat. The menu only shows what it includes:
| In the menu | What it includes |
|---|---|
| AI Agents | Unlimited |
| Channels | Up to 3 (email too) |
| Chatbots | Up to 3 website chatbots |
| Calendars | Up to 2, with the built-in calendar |
| Contacts and Tasks | Yes |
| Companies | Yes |
| Forms | Unlimited |
| Teams | Up to 2 |
| Quick replies | Yes |
| Tickets | Yes |
| Sales pipeline | Up to 3 pipelines |
| Knowledge base | Up to 50 sources and 100 MB |
| AI credits | 100,000 per month (about 1,300 replies) |
It does not include quotes or telephony. If you or a customer need something that is not in the Basic plan, ask us.
Your plans for customers (My plans)
In My plans you create the plans you offer your customers. Each plan has:
- The platform plan it is based on (Lite, Basic, Pro or Business). When you choose it you see what each customer on that plan gets: workspaces, users, channels, chatbots, email inboxes, calendars, teams and AI credits per month. Those limits come from the base plan: no need to type them in. You pay us its price with your 40% discount.
- Your price: what you charge your customer. You decide it.
- Status: a draft cannot be assigned to any customer; an active plan can.
What does not go in plans:
- The extra allowance: it is given to each customer, one by one (section 5).
- Starter: it is not a plan you create; it is an option when adding a customer (section 6).
- Trial days: if you want to give a customer some free days, that is up to you, because you are the one who charges them. For us, each customer with a plan counts from the day it is active (except the one covered by the included Basic seat). If you want them to try it at no cost to you, add them as Starter with some of your allowance and move them to a plan when they want to continue.
3. Adding a customer
- First complete your billing details (the Customers section asks for them the first time).
- For customers with a plan, first create at least one plan for your customers in My plans (Starter customers do not need one).
- In Customers → New customer, enter the business name, the name and email of the person in charge, and choose their plan or Starter.
- If you like, give them extra allowance in the same form (website chatbots, Telegram bots, email inboxes, calendars): you can see how much of each you have free. You can also give it later from their page.
- You set a temporary password and give it to them; the first time they sign in they will have to choose their own.
4. Setting up your customer's account
In Customers (or on the customer's page) click "Enter their panel": you enter as their owner, without asking for their password, and you will see a bar to go back to your panel. Inside you can create their AI agents, their knowledge base, their channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, email and website chat) and their calendar.
Your customer is notified each time you enter, can see every access in their settings and can turn it off. Inside their panel you cannot change their password, their email or their payments.
5. Your extra allowance for customers
Your programme includes an extra allowance to share among your customers:
- Founder: 10 website chatbots, 10 Telegram bots, 10 email inboxes and 10 calendars.
- Reseller: 5 of each.
This allowance is not for your own account: it is for your customers, and it has two uses:
- Adding it to a customer's plan: when you add them or from their page you give them, for example, one more email inbox or website chatbot, on top of what their plan already includes. You give them more without upgrading their plan.
- Creating Starter customers (section 6): customers who only have what you give them from your allowance.
The allowance is not part of the plans you create in My plans: it is given to each customer, one by one.
How much you have left
In My plans, your programme summary shows, for each resource, the total, what is assigned and what is free. Each customer's page also shows how much you have free when you assign some. What you assign is deducted from your free allowance; if you take it back from a customer, it is free again.
When a customer moves to a plan, you get allowance back
If a customer using your allowance moves to a plan (or to a bigger one), the system checks what their new plan already includes: the allowance the plan already covers comes back to you. Nothing is deleted or switched off: their chatbots, inboxes, bots and calendars keep working exactly the same; they simply count within their plan instead of your allowance.
- Example 1: a Starter customer has 1 website chatbot from your allowance and moves to the Basic plan, which includes 3. Their chatbot stays the same and you get that chatbot back for another customer.
- Example 2: a customer uses 4 website chatbots (3 from their Basic plan and 1 from your allowance). If they keep 4 on a plan that includes 3, only 1 stays on your allowance; if they move to a plan with 5 or more, you get it back.
- Example 3: you had given them an email inbox they had not connected yet and they move to a plan with email: the inbox goes back to your allowance and they can connect the one their plan includes.
So every time a customer upgrades, you win twice: you charge more and you get allowance back to win another customer.
6. Starter customers
A Starter customer has no platform plan: they have only what you give them from your extra allowance. You pay us no fee for them and they do not use the Basic plan seat included in your programme; you decide whether to give it away or how much to charge.
What it is for
- To get started and cover your fee: from day one you can serve small customers with your allowance and charge them whatever you like. The Founder allowance lets you build many combinations.
- To grow your customer base: it is an easy entry point to sell ("start with a chatbot on your website handled by your team"). Once the customer sees the value, you sell them AI (credits) or a full plan, and you get the allowance back.
What a Starter customer has
- The resources from your allowance you assign: website chatbots, Telegram bots, email inboxes and calendars.
- 2 users for their team, 1 workspace, the inbox to handle conversations, and contacts.
- No sales pipeline, tickets, teams, knowledge base, voice or Meta channels. For those they need a plan.
- Their panel only shows what they have. In New channel, anything not included (for example WhatsApp) shows a lock, "Not included in your plan", and a link to ask you for it through Support.
- No monthly or welcome AI credits: people handle the conversations. If you want them to have AI, you pass on credits you buy from us (with your 20% discount, never expiring). While they have credits, their AI replies; you decide whether to give them away or charge for them. Each agent uses the AI model you choose; more powerful models use more credits per reply.
Examples
- A small business with 1 website chatbot on its site, handled by its team from the inbox.
- A professional with 1 email inbox and 1 calendar to manage enquiries and appointments.
- A shop serving customers through 2 Telegram bots (one for sales, one for support).
- Any of them with AI credits you pass on, so an agent replies on its own when the team is away.
There is no limit on Starter customers: the cap is what you have free in your allowance. To create one, in Customers → New customer choose Starter as the plan and, in the same form, give them resources from your allowance (or do it later from their page). Starter is not a plan you create in My plans: it is an option when adding a customer. You can also switch an existing customer to Starter from Edit on their page. If you later give them a plan, the allowance the plan already covers comes back to you (section 5).
7. AI credits
One balance for your account and your customers
Your credit balance (in Plan and usage → AI credits) covers both the AI of your own account and what you share with your customers. It has two parts:
| From your plan this month | Purchased | |
|---|---|---|
| How many | 100,000 per month on the Basic plan (about 1,300 replies) | The ones you buy, with your 20% discount |
| Do they expire? | Yes: renewed every month; any you do not use are lost at the end of the period | They never expire, neither in your balance nor in your customers' when you pass them on |
| For whom? | Only your own account | Your account and sharing with your customers |
Your account's AI uses this month's credits first and, once they run out, the purchased ones. So if your account uses a lot, you have less left to share. The credits page always shows how many monthly credits you have left and how many purchased credits you can share.
Your customers' credits
- Customers with a plan: each Basic plan comes with its own 100,000 credits per month, renewed monthly. If a customer needs more, you pass on purchased credits from their page, and they add up without expiring.
- Starter customers: no monthly credits; only the ones you pass on.
- You can turn on auto top-up on a customer's page: when they run out, credits are passed from your purchased balance.
- You decide whether to give them away or how much to charge for them.
There are no automatic charges: if a customer runs out of credits, the AI pauses until they have more, and their team can keep replying manually.
8. Your domain and your customers' website chat
The chatbot your customers place on their website runs on your panel domain (for example app.yourdomain.com): the embed code, its conversations, its images and its real-time connection. You do not need to do anything: the embed code shown in each customer's panel already uses your domain.
Keep your domain active. Your panel and your customers' chatbots depend on your domain being renewed and on your panel's CNAME record still pointing to our server. If your domain expires or you change that record, your panel will not open and the chatbot will stop loading on your customers' websites. The HTTPS certificate renews itself as long as the domain points correctly.
If you have a problem with your domain, write to us through Support: we can temporarily serve your customers' chatbots from the platform, without them changing anything on their website, while you fix it.
9. Support: your customers, you and us
Support works on two levels, just like your business:
| Who asks for help | Who receives it | Where it is handled |
|---|---|---|
| One of your customers, from Support in their panel | Only you: bell and email. We do not see it. | In your menu: Support → Customer support |
| You, from Support in your panel | Us | In your menu: Support → Support |
- Your customers see you: the panel, emails and replies carry your brand. When a customer clicks "Contact us" (for example, to ask for a channel their plan does not include), the request reaches you.
- If you need our help with a customer's request, open it and, under Escalate to the platform, explain what you need and click Escalate: a request from you to us is created, linked to your customer's. Your customer keeps talking only to you.
- Each request has its own number (for example SOP-2026-482913) and a status: awaiting reply, answered or closed. It can be closed and reopened.
- Messages are stored encrypted.
Example: a customer writes "I am not receiving the chatbot messages". It reaches you and you check it in their panel with "Enter their panel". If you see it is a platform issue, you escalate the request; we reply to you and you reply to your customer.
10. Charging your customers and emailing them (optional)
Both work from day one without any setup. If you want more independence, you can use your own tools: you will find them in Custom panel, in the Stripe and Email tabs.
Charging your customers: manual or with your own Stripe
- By default (manual): you charge your customers however you like, outside the platform (bank transfer, your own invoice…). We invoice you every month.
- With your own Stripe (optional): your customers pay their plan by card directly to your Stripe account. You get paid automatically and can offer discount coupons, which only work in this mode.
- Why choose one or the other: manual is simpler to start with or if your customers pay by bank transfer; your Stripe saves you charging by hand once you have more customers. To turn on Stripe billing, set your keys in the Stripe tab and write to us through Support.
Emails to your customers: our system or your own mail server
- By default: emails to your customers (welcome with their access, alerts, support replies…) are sent by our sending system, but with your brand name, your logo and your reply-to email. You do not need to do anything.
- With your own mail server (optional): in the Email tab you enter your provider's SMTP details (server, port, user, password and sender) and test sending with a button. From then on, those emails are sent from your own domain (for example, alerts@yourdomain.com).
- Why: your customers see emails that are 100% from your company, you keep your own sending reputation and you depend less on the platform.
- What you need to look after: your domain must be set up correctly with your mail provider (SPF and DKIM records), so emails do not end up in spam.
- If your server fails (for example, you changed the password), the email is sent through our system so it is not lost, and we let you know so you can check it.
- It only affects emails to your customers: the ones we send you (invoices, platform alerts) still come from us.
Coming soon: Telegram notifications with your own bot
We are getting ready for you to connect your own Telegram bot, with your brand name, so that you and your customers receive panel notifications in Telegram. It is planned for the coming weeks.
This is how it will work:
- You create your bot in Telegram (with @BotFather, Telegram's official tool for creating bots) and give it your brand's name and picture.
- You connect it in Reseller → Custom panel, in a new «Telegram» tab, by pasting the code Telegram gives you. It will be optional, like Stripe and Email.
- Your customers link it from their panel and get their notifications there: new messages that need a person, requests and other bell notifications. The buttons in those notifications will open their panel, on your domain.
- Your brand from start to finish: your customers will only see your bot and your domain, never the platform.
In the meantime, notifications to you and your customers arrive through the panel bell and by email, with your brand. We will let you know when it is available.
