A channel is where your customers write to you. WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Email and Telegram land together in Inbox Channels; your website chatbot has its own inbox, Inbox Chatbots. For each one you choose whether your AI assistant, your team or both reply.

| Channel | How it connects | Plans |

What they all share
- Inboxes with the history of each conversation: Inbox Channels for the channels and Inbox Chatbots for the website chatbot.
- AI agent per channel: the same for all or a different one for each.
- Take over any conversation and hand it back to the AI.
- Alerts in the bell when a conversation needs a person.
- Credentials and passwords encrypted, and data on EU servers.
How many channels can I have?
It depends on the plan: the free one includes one channel (Instagram, Messenger, website chatbot or Telegram). See Pricing.
