Does it work with Gmail and Microsoft 365?
Yes, with any mailbox that has IMAP and SMTP: your domain’s email, Microsoft 365, Gmail, Google Workspace, IONOS or Zoho. Gmail uses an app password.
Does anything change in my mailbox?
No. Your mailbox stays the same and you can keep using it with your usual email app.
Will it reply to old emails?
No. When you connect the mailbox, that moment becomes the starting point and only new email is processed.
Is it in the free plan?
The Email channel is included from the Basic plan.
