Frequently asked questions

What prices do I set for my customers?

Whatever you decide. You pay your reseller plan with us and charge your customers whatever you consider. Margin 100% yours. You configure the plans from your panel.

Do my customers see "MuseRelay" anywhere?

Not on visible screens. They see your brand, your domain and your colors. The only technical exception are Meta webhooks (which point to muserelay.com but only Meta sees them, not your end customers).

Do customers have to create their own Meta account?

Yes. The model is BYOA (Bring Your Own App): each end customer connects their own WhatsApp Business account. This gives them full control over their communication and direct Meta billing. Soon we will have a "one-click" OAuth-style mode, but BYOA will always remain available for customers who want maximum autonomy.

Who is responsible under GDPR?

You are the Data Controller towards your end customers. We are the Data Processor towards you. The split is clearly defined in our terms and DPA.

Is there a lock-in?

No. You pay month to month. If you stop using the service, your customers keep their Meta accounts (theirs, not ours) and can migrate to another platform without losing anything.
