Does it work in groups?
No. The bot handles private chats with your customers; messages from groups and channels are ignored.
Can I use the same bot in another tool?
A bot can only send its messages to one place. If you connect it to another tool, MuseRelay stops receiving them until you save the token again.
Are messages end-to-end encrypted?
Chats with Telegram bots are not end-to-end encrypted; in MuseRelay they are stored on EU servers.
