1. Controller
The controller for information collected via cookies is the EU Representative: Screen Art S.L. (Tax ID B57029415), under the MuseRelay brand. The commercial operator is Muse Layer LLC.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files downloaded to the user's device when visiting a website that allow information about browsing to be stored and retrieved.
3. Types of cookies used
- Strictly necessary: required for the site to function (session, authentication, load balancing). No consent required.
- Preferences: remember user choices (language, region).
- Internal metrics: MuseRelay may generate aggregated technical metrics for security, performance and service improvement. We do not use Google Analytics or third-party advertising analytics cookies.
- Anti-bot: we use self-hosted ALTCHA as a first-party captcha. We do not use Google reCAPTCHA and do not send the anti-bot verification to external providers.
- Third-party: only where the Customer or user enables specific external integrations (for example channels, video or maps), those tools may apply their own cookies under their policies.
4. Consent management
When accessing the site a banner is displayed allowing the user to accept, reject or configure non-essential cookies. We currently do not use Google Analytics or Google reCAPTCHA. The user may change preferences at any time from the site settings or browser.
