A different person you reply to (you or the AI) during your account cycle (it renews on the same day of the month you signed up), adding up WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram, plus web chatbot conversations where someone on your team replies. They count once even if you exchange hundreds of messages; messages you do not answer, such as spam, do not count. You can always keep talking to people you already talked to in the cycle. If you reach the limit, messages from new people still arrive in your inbox, and you can reply to them when the cycle renews or when you upgrade. Deleting a contact does not free its place in the cycle.
