At the very top, in the panel header, there's a search box that finds panel pages and answers in the documentation without leaving what you're doing.
How to use it
- It's always visible: click and type.
- Keyboard shortcut: press Ctrl + K (⌘ + K on Mac), or / if you're not typing in another field, and the cursor jumps to the search box without using the mouse, wherever you are in the panel.
- Type what you're looking for: results appear as you type.
- Move with the ↑ ↓ arrows, open with Enter and close with Esc.
What it finds
| Group | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Panel pages | Everything in your menus: sections (Contacts, Pipeline, Channels, Balance…), your channels, your chatbots and your calendars. Only pages you can see with your role are shown. |
| Documentation | The guides and their FAQs, with a snippet of the text where your search appears. They open in a new tab so you don't lose what you were doing. |
Tips
- Type the way you talk: “app password”, “always show images”, “not spam”… Upper case and accents don't matter.
- It works in your language and, if nothing is found, it also searches the other one.
- When you search several words, documents with the whole phrase come first.
Does it also search my contacts, conversations or tickets?
Not yet. For now it searches panel pages and documentation. To search conversations use the inbox's own search box, and for contacts the one in Contacts.
