The MuseRelay white-label program lets agencies and partners (resellers) offer the whole platform under their own brand identity. Their end customers never know that the underlying infrastructure is MuseRelay.
app.yourbrand.com, see your logo and your colors, and use your platform — MuseRelay works invisibly underneath.
What white label includes
Each white-label panel can have:
- Its own domain — for example
app.yourbrand.comorpanel.youragency.com - Its own logo and favicon
- Colors and visual skin adapted to your corporate image
- Its own trade name — MuseRelay doesn't appear anywhere visible
- Its own legal details — legal entity, privacy email, DPO, address
- Its own Stripe — you charge your customers directly with your own payment account
Who can use white label
The program is designed for:
- Digital agencies that manage chatbots and AI for multiple clients and want to offer the platform as their own product
- Technology partners that integrate MuseRelay as the infrastructure of their solutions
- SaaS companies that want to add AI channels to their offering without building the infrastructure
Agency-client vs. reseller
| Agency-client | Reseller (white label) | |
|---|---|---|
| Who manages the panel | The agency manages everything | Each customer has their own access |
| MuseRelay visible | Yes | No — never |
| Domain | muserelay.com | app.yourbrand.com |
| Logo and colors | MuseRelay | Yours |
| Billing the end customer | The agency decides | The reseller bills with their own Stripe |
| Fit | Enterprise plan with workspaces | Reseller program |
Recommended domain structure
A reseller with full white label usually operates with three separate pieces:
| Domain | Purpose | Who manages it |
|---|---|---|
brand.com |
The reseller's commercial website — landing page, pricing, blog, contact | The reseller (WordPress, Webflow or their own CMS) |
app.brand.com |
Product panel — end customers' access to the white-label panel | MuseRelay (invisible infrastructure) |
docs.brand.com |
Product help documentation for end customers | The reseller (or MuseRelay with a white-label layer) |
The panel subdomain (app, dashboard, panel or another name) is configurable. If you ask for it when activating your reseller account, we set it up with the name you prefer.
brand.com) with the tools you already use. The product panel lives on the subdomain you choose and is configured independently.
What if you don't have a website?
When activating your reseller account you can also request an optional CMS for brand.com. It is the solution for resellers who don't yet have WordPress, Webflow or another CMS of their own.
With your own website
You use your WordPress, Webflow or any other platform for brand.com. You only need to set up the panel subdomain (app.brand.com).
Without your own website
You can request the CMS when creating your reseller panel. You get a basic commercial website under your domain, manageable without technical knowledge, with your branding applied from the start.
Documentation for your customers
The documentation button in the panel sidebar can point to any URL. The usual options are:
- Your own URL — your own help site or knowledge base (
docs.brand.com) - Disabled — no visible documentation link (the default in white-label panels)
It is configured from Custom Panel in the Sidebar documentation section. See Getting started: your Custom Panel.
