The Leads board knows where each customer stands. With pipeline sales you also know what each one is worth, what you expect to close and how your team is doing.
Amount on each card
On the board, each card has + Amount. Click it to set the amount, the currency (your organisation's by default) and the expected close date. Once set, the amount shows on the card and you can change it with another click.
- Under each column name you see the total of its amounts.
- Above the board you see what you have in progress, the weighted value and what you have won.
Each amount change is recorded in the contact's activity.
Probability and weighted value
In Management → Sales pipeline, in each pipeline's columns, you can set the probability of closing the sale in each column (for example, Proposal 50 %, Negotiation 75 %). The weighted value multiplies each amount by its column's probability: it is what you really expect to close. «Won» columns count as 100 % and «lost» columns as 0 %.
Loss reason
When you drag a card to a «lost» column, MuseRelay asks for the reason (price, chose another provider, stopped replying…) or lets you type another one. You can leave it blank. Reasons are edited in each pipeline's Sales in this pipeline card and appear in the reports.
The AI suggests the amount (optional)
It comes off. If you turn it on in Sales in this pipeline and choose a numeric qualification detail (for example, «Budget», which the assistant already asks), when the customer says it the card shows «The AI suggests €1,800» with Accept and Dismiss. The AI never sets the amount on its own, and it does not change an amount a person has already set. Available from the Basic plan.
Pipeline reports
With Reports (above the board) you see, for the period you choose (30 days, 90 days, 12 months or custom dates):
- Conversion: how many contacts reached each column and their percentage of those that came in.
- Time in each column: the average days a contact spends in each column before moving. You see where they get stuck.
- Won and lost per month, with their amount, and the win rate.
- The most frequent loss reasons.
- Results by source channel and by owner.
You can export them as CSV. Reports are seen by owners, admins and supervisors, and are available from the Basic plan. Moves between columns are recorded since 19 October 2026: earlier ones do not appear.
Automatic conversation assignment
In Management → Teams, turn on Automatic assignment in a team. Each new conversation from the team's channels (all of them if you tick none) is assigned in turns: to the team member who has gone longest without receiving one and has not reached their maximum open chats.
- With Only to people who are online (on by default), it only assigns to people who have the panel open.
- If nobody is available, the conversation stays unassigned and notifies as usual.
- If the contact has no owner yet, the person handling the conversation becomes the owner.
It is off in every team: turn it on when you want to start assigning. Available from the Basic plan.
Quick replies
In Management → Quick replies save the texts your team repeats (opening hours, prices, directions…). They can be for the whole team (created by owners, admins and supervisors) or only for you, and can have a shortcut.
In the inbox, type / in the message field: your replies appear; keep typing to filter by shortcut or title (for example, /hours), choose with the arrow keys and press Enter to insert it. You can review it before sending. They are also in the chatbot inbox. Available on all plans.
