The booking widget is the first thing your customers see when they open your public calendar. You can customize it with useful information —such as a welcome message, your phone number or your address— and adapt it visually with your organization's logo. You can also set the time zone so times are displayed correctly for your location.
Where to find these options
Customization options are split into two levels:
- Organization level: They affect all your calendars. They are set in Settings › Organization.
- Calendar level: They only affect that calendar. They are set in Calendars › [your calendar] › Settings tab.
When an option is available at both levels, the calendar setting takes priority over the organization setting.
Calendar subtitle
The subtitle appears right below the calendar name in the widget header. It is ideal for a short sentence that describes the service or adds context.
- Go to Calendars › [your calendar] › Settings.
- Find the Subtitle field.
- Type the text (for example: "Book your appointment in less than 2 minutes").
- Save the changes.
Welcome message
The welcome message is shown as a highlighted block before the booking form. It is the perfect place for important conditions, special opening hours, access instructions or any notice the customer should read before booking.
- Go to Calendars › [your calendar] › Settings.
- Find the Welcome message field.
- Type the message. You can use line breaks to structure it.
- Save the changes.
Contact phone
If you add a phone number, it appears in the widget footer as an active link. On mobile devices, tapping it opens the phone app directly.
- Go to Settings › Organization.
- Find the Contact phone field.
- Enter the number in international format (for example:
+34 612 345 678). - Save the changes.
Contact address
The address appears in the widget footer, next to the phone number if one is set. It is useful for businesses that serve customers in person.
- Go to Settings › Organization.
- Find the Address field.
- Type the full address.
- Save the changes.
Organization logo
If your organization has a logo set, it is automatically shown in the widget header of all your calendars.
- Go to Settings › Organization.
- In the Image and brand section, upload your logo.
- Once saved, the logo appears in the widget with no further steps.
Time zone
The time zone determines how available times are displayed to your customers. Setting it correctly is especially important if your customers are in different countries or if your business operates in a time zone other than UTC+0.
Organization time zone
- Go to Settings › Organization.
- Find the Time zone field.
- The selector is organized by geographic region (Europe, America, Asia…). Expand the relevant region and select your zone.
- Save the changes.
Time zone of a specific calendar
Each calendar can have its own time zone, or inherit the organization's (the recommended option in most cases).
- Go to Calendars › [your calendar] › Settings tab.
- Find the Time zone field.
- Select a specific zone, or choose Inherit from organization.
- Save the changes.
Hide "Powered by MuseRelay"
By default, the widget shows a small note in the footer indicating it is built with MuseRelay. On paid plans, you can hide it for a fully white-label experience.
- Go to Settings › Organization.
- Enable the Hide "Powered by MuseRelay" option.
- Save the changes.
