Every call or message asking for an appointment is an interruption: you stop what you’re doing, look for a slot, suggest times and wait for an answer. And if it arrives at eleven at night, the booking is left hanging until the next day.

The MuseRelay calendar is our own booking tool: a page where your customers choose a service, day and time and book on their own, at any hour. It is included in every plan, including the free one.

No channel needed

The calendar works on its own. Even if you haven’t connected WhatsApp, Instagram or your website yet, you already have a link to receive bookings. Share it where your customers find you:

  • Your Instagram or TikTok bio.
  • Your Google Business profile and your website.
  • Your email signature and your quotes.
  • A QR code at the counter or on your cards.

It’s one more way in: anyone arriving through that link books in a minute, without calling.

What your customer sees

A page with your logo and colour where they choose the service, the professional if you let them, the day and the time. If a day is full, it suggests the next one with free slots. They leave their name and email, confirm the booking from the email they receive and get the confirmation with a file to add it to their calendar.

You can also embed it in your website, inline, as a pop-up or as a floating button.

Fewer no-shows, less spam

  • Automatic reminders by email before the appointment, and by WhatsApp if the customer agrees and you have WhatsApp connected.
  • Customers can see and cancel their appointments from the page itself, so the slot becomes free again.
  • Bookings are confirmed by email and the page has anti-bot protection: you only get real appointments.

Built around how you work

Set up your services with their duration and buffers, your staff, rooms or equipment with their hours, and your holidays and vacations. There are templates for clinics, hair salons, beauty, veterinary, physiotherapy, psychology, coaching, consulting, car repair and restaurants.
