In MuseRelay there are two pieces worth telling apart. The channel is where the message comes in: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, your website chatbot or an email mailbox. The AI agent is who replies: the brain that reads the message, decides what to do and answers.

Keeping them separate is what lets you decide how many brains you want and where each one works.

What an AI agent is

An agent is a configuration that tells the AI how to behave:

  • Its instructions: what it knows about your business, its tone, what it can and cannot do.
  • Its context: time zone and date format, so it talks about times and days without mistakes.
  • Its tools: the MuseRelay calendar to check availability and book appointments (our own calendar, included in every plan), tickets to log issues and the knowledge base with your documents.

The AI models run in European data centres, and you can test the agent in the dashboard before it starts serving customers.

One brain for all your customer service

The usual setup is a WhatsApp bot in one app, the website chatbot in another and the email auto-reply in a third. Three scattered brains that don’t talk to each other: each with its own information, its own rules and its own mistakes, and when a price or opening time changes you have to remember to update all of them.

In MuseRelay you can connect all your customer service channels to the same agent. WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, your website and email answer with the same information and the same judgement, and anything you update once is updated everywhere. Customers get the same answer wherever they write.

And more brains whenever it suits you

Every plan includes unlimited AI agents: you don’t pay per agent. So, besides your main agent, you can create others when it makes sense:

  • Another account, another agent. A second WhatsApp number, another Instagram account or another mailbox (sales@ and support@, for example), each with its own brain.
  • A separate service. Split bookings, after-sales or a specific brand into its own agent, with only the tools it needs.
  • Risk-free testing. Prepare a new agent, test it and assign it to a channel when it’s ready, without touching the one that already works.

It’s modular: you can start with a single brain for everything and split off whatever you like later. Changing a channel’s agent takes one click.

An example

A clinic starts with one agent, Reception, serving WhatsApp, Instagram, the website and email: it answers about treatments and prices and books appointments with the calendar. When it opens a second clinic with its own WhatsApp number, it creates an agent for that location with its own hours. And before changing how email is answered, it tests a new agent in parallel and switches when it’s happy.

And you, always in charge

No agent works behind your back: you can pause it in any conversation and take over, and the bell tells you when a person is needed.
